An Immersion is a personal journey crafted entirely around what matters most to you.
Together we co-create an experience that holds you in safety, invites genuine depth, and supports real integration into your daily life. Whether one day or one week, each Immersion is shaped by where you are and where you are being called.
This is time set apart. Sacred, unhurried, and entirely yours.
What an Immersion holds:
A fully customized journey - no two are alike.
In-person presence, for 1:1, couples or small group.
Space for ceremony, reflection, embodiment, and integration.
The time and space that deeper transformation often requires.
Designed for 3 days (2 nights), 6 days (5 nights) or customized.
An Immersion may be right for you if:
You are standing at a threshold.
You are ready to go deeper than weekly sessions allow.
You want dedicated time to fully meet yourself.
You need deeper integration on what you’ve been working on (emotional, relational, physical, spiritual…etc.)

Please note: I offer most immersions in Costa Rica, if you prefer a different location, we can mutually agree where would be a best fit.
